Garlic Lemon Butter Lobster Tails
Ingredients
- 5 lobster tails
- 7 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Spanglish Asadero Garlic & Lime seasoning
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
Directions
- Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top center of the lobster shell lengthwise.
- Gently open the shell, carefully loosen the meat from the sides, and lift it slightly over the shell.
- Remove the vein halfway through the tail and wash the lobster meat thoroughly. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan or bowl, melt the butter.
- Add the garlic & lime seasoning, paprika, and Cajun seasoning to the butter. Mix well.
- Using a brush, generously coat the lobster meat with the seasoned butter mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 445°F.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite sides.
