Garlic Lemon Butter Lobster Tails

Ingredients

  • 5 lobster tails
  • 7 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Spanglish Asadero Garlic & Lime seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Directions
  1. Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top center of the lobster shell lengthwise.
  2. Gently open the shell, carefully loosen the meat from the sides, and lift it slightly over the shell.
  3. Remove the vein halfway through the tail and wash the lobster meat thoroughly. Set aside.
  4. In a small saucepan or bowl, melt the butter.
  5. Add the garlic & lime seasoning, paprika, and Cajun seasoning to the butter. Mix well.
  6. Using a brush, generously coat the lobster meat with the seasoned butter mixture.
  7. Preheat the oven to 445°F.
  8. Place the lobster tails on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite sides.
