Sonoran Hot Dog

If you’ve never had a Sonoran hot dog, this is your sign. Bacon-wrapped, loaded with fresh toppings, finished with a creamy Garlic Lime Crema, and topped off with a drizzle of Spanglish Asadero Birria Sauce… every bite is packed with flavor!

Ingredients

🌭 For the hot dog:

  • 4 all-beef hot dog buns
  • 4 slices bacon
  • Spanglish Asadero Ranchero Steak seasoning
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • Pinto beans
    Avocado, tomato & white onion
  • Pickled jalapeños
  • Cotija cheese & cilantro

🧄🍋‍🟩 Garlic Lime Crema:

  • ½ cup Mexican crema
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tsp Spanglish Asadero Garlic & Lime seasoning

Finish:

  • Spanglish Asadero Birria Sauce

Ranchero Steak

Directions
  1. Wrap hot dogs in bacon, season with Spanglish Ranchero Steak seasoning, and grill until crispy.
  2. Toast the buns, spread on warm pinto beans, then add the hot dog.
  3. Top with avocado, tomato, onion, jalapeños, cotija, and cilantro.
  4. Finish with the Garlic Lime Crema and a generous drizzle of Spanglish Asadero Birria Sauce.
